Welcome to the Office of Behavioral Health and Housing (OBHH) web page!  Within the Colorado Department of Human Services, OBHH is responsible for policy development, service provision and coordination, program monitoring and evaluation, and administrative oversight for the public behavioral health system for non-Medicaid eligible citizens of Colorado, including Behavioral Health Services (consisting of the Division of Mental Health and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division), two Mental Health Institutes at Fort Logan and Pueblo, and the Supportive Housing and Homeless Programs.
