Agency Letters:
The Department of Human Services provides Agency Letters for official communication of policy.  Agency letters are primarily directed for the use of county departments of social services.

Volume VII:
On-Line versions of these regulations are the most current versions available; however, these are not the official publications.  For official publications of these and all State of Colorado regulations, please consult the Code of Colorado Regulations (12 CCR 2509) or contact Weil Publishing. Trails Required Fields Document
The Required Fields Document was created to help Trails end users to know what is required for all new cases.  The information is also located in the Trails Job Aid and at Window Level Help in Trails.  Please feel free to contact Kimber Johnson if you have any question on this document. Please refer to Agency Letter # CW-03-09A, issued on April 2, 2003 entitled Trails System Policy Information.
